Predicting Recidivism, Ballistic Body Armor and More

The National Institute of Justice has released its latest edition of the NIJ Journal.

This issue features an article on how Philadelphia’s Adult Probation and Parole Department is using a computerized system that predicts the risk of recidivism.

This issue also features an article outlining issues regarding the testing and inspection of ballistic body armor, and takes a look at the research being used in anti-human trafficking efforts.
